About Neda Razavi

A microbiologist, focused on cellular biology from the University of Azad in Tehran, Iran and an MBA from Graziadio School of Management, Neda Razavi is pursuing a certificate in genetics and genomics from Stanford University. Neda Razavi regularly seeks to learn new skills and challenge herself professionally. To that end, she hopes to leverage her cellular and molecular biology background with current genomics studies to find a deeper understanding of personalized medicine, gene sequencing, and targeted treatments for serious illnesses.

Currently, Neda Razavi is a brand leader and executive marketing consultant for Natera, a genetic testing company headquartered in San Carlos, California. There, she drives a brand strategy for the Stem Cell Banking and Women’s Health business and works toward creating brand loyalty and building market share. Prior to her position at Natera, she held positions at Abbott, Kythera (acquired by Allergan), Medtronic, and Baxter Bioscience (acquired by Shire). Neda has extensive experience in branding, marketing, and commercialization in healthcare companies.

Aside from her professional and educational pursuits, Ms. Razavi enjoys reading, music, drawing, dancing, visiting friends and family and outdoor activities such as hiking and running. Neda values grit, people, hard work, contribution, data, and initiatives. She also donates her time as a volunteer for women’s groups and local schools and communities to help advance children’s education. She is at her best when taking on tough challenges with motivated and smart people, learning, building and making stuff happen.

Neda’s passion —to help people live a better and healthier life— led her into a career in manufacturers of medications and medical devices that treat serious illnesses. Neda’s passion for helping people is clearly demonstrated in her work. She starts and delivers all her marketing plans with patients-first mentality.
